The property is clean and the units are old but nice. Our condo was very clean and everything except the TV worked just fine. It took several phone calls to the front desk to get a new TV, but the maintenance man was very helpful and friendly when he arrived. Our boat was in one of the paid slips that the girls at the front desk had no clue where it was or how to figure out where the spaces were numbered. We finally figured out you could only see the numbers once you were on the pier, not from the water side. Our boat was vandalized there in the slip and almost sank. Someone pulled the plug at the back of the boat.

Absolutely phenomenal property, staff and amenities! My crew and I are in town for storm standby from the hurricane and ended up needing 5 - two bedroom units. They are massive with a super convenient floor plan! Our back patios were literally OVER the lake. You can fish off of it! The staff at check-in was second to none and promptly got us weary travelers in our units.
Huge, beautiful pool by the clubhouse. They also have a restaurant/bar on site! Will absolutely be making this a regular destination for both work and play!

Property is located on the lake, some folks fished from there deck, (not suppose to) since you're that close and overhang over the lake. The restaurant on the property provides great food, with a bar that overlooks the lake.

Great place to be with your children and grandchildren! You can go swimming in the pool, there is a playground and a fishing peer. If you have a boat, you can rent a boat slip and have access to your boat.

While the decor is outdated, it still has everything you need and is clean. Excellent place to stay with your kids or just a small get away. Can drink coffee or fish off the balcony from your room.
The staff is SUPER nice. We plan on coming back very soon!

Not as expected based on RCI ratings. Pots, pan and skillets were nearly impossible to use. Everything we tried to cook stuck to the skillet.

Awesome but kind of pricey. Older property but very well kept. Security staff is rude and hateful! They will use profanity towards you in normal conversations

The Landing at Seven coves is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff is kind and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The view of the lake is breathtaking from every room.
