Recently visited, want to share my experience with honest review
1. Location is good but there is no network & no wifi for guests
2. Property is not at all maintained and rooms are horrible, we can see frogs in the WC and all the cottages are having stairs which was abrupt. We were having senior citizen and they were having knee issues & for such cases climbing stairs often is not feasible. After requesting they shifted to ground level cottage
3. Advance booking is done online and remaining amount is accepted in the form of cash, for tax related issue.
4. Food was yummy: lunch, dinner & breakfast
5. Rain Dance is not initiated by them, the representative told us that we should inform them to start. Then why are they charging us if we have to ask them for initiating their services Strange
Overall totally disappointed with stingy rooms, no service at all. They are least bothered because guests and young couples are blocking their rooms.
Be careful before you go ahead with this option.

We came here for a day. The package was around 800/- per head which includes lunch and hi tea. While the location is good, it feels like this place would have been very good at one point of time. However, it is almost like ruins now. Boating is not available, swimming pool was dirty, water slides were closed and the water (lake) was dirty too. The building is purely maintained, there were water leaks everywhere. At 800/- per head, it's not worth at all. There are other better places in that budget.

You can't ask for anything better than this.. Close to nagpur... Surrounded by lush green forest... Just one km from the highway.. Secure place.. The property itself is vast and very neatly kept... It's green and spacious and the rooms are decent.. (Actually more than decent for what you pay) . food has always been good.. We have already been twice.. And probably will visit again.. It's a go to 'get together' place for our group..
Good for couples, good for families , and best for your gang..

Stayed one night with family.
Big property,have maintained the landscape very well. Room are big with basic amenities. Staff is cooperative. Food is fine. Would ha ve given 5 stars but for two points
1. No wifi in rooms or most of the property. The mobile network of Airtel nonexistent and idea minimal.
2.main pool is maintained but they have big slides and pools with it which were kept closed.

The most third class swimming pool and resort I ever seen in my life. Water rides are closed and dust inside rides even swimming pool full of insect and muddy water which clause scrabbies like deciase.

Resort maintenance is poor, seepage is visible in the rooms and bad smell due to the seepage from rooms. Pathetic customer service and room service, rude receptionist.
It seems to be a hub for illegal activities, please don't ever visit your family.
