Thankyou so much. Nice rooms. I had an amazing experience during my stay! |The room service was outstanding—timely, attentive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. From food quality to cleanliness of rooms , everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-catered experience. I’ll definitely be back.

I've been staying here for the past week! And everything about this place is really good! It's easily accessible to local trains, auto rickshaws and malls! ||Coming to the service! Everyone including receptionists, managers, people in tea lounge and room service crew (Anushka and Nilesh) make sure that they do their job at best. That's what so special about this hotel!||And it'll be a default place to stay in Mumbai whenever I'm visiting from now!

We were visiting Bombay for a wedding in Borivali from the US. I had no clue about hotels etc and then a friend recommended Sarovar Portico. We immediately booked the room via the main site. Our stay has been incredibly smooth. The entire staff is diligent and no request is ignored. Of course the basics are covered like comfortable beds, AC, bathrooms, linens, housekeeping, water etc.. to the breakfast buffet. The execute chef Mr Sachin and Dev make sure we get a sense of homemade at every breakfast! Thank you to all at Sarovar. 4 more days to go for this stay and you will be my place the next time I’m in India! Thank you Sarovar Portico.

The experience is really wonderful! The staffs are very friendly, they always supported with all needs with a big smile. They are always gentle ,especially Aniket, Suraj and Chetan. The food whether breakfast or other meals, they are really delicious and are with so many varieties! It has been a pleasant stay, I would like to thank you team Residency Sarovar.

I had a very comfortable stay here of over 2 weeks. The hotel is located closed to the business parks and as such convenient to commute to offices in Goregaon. The rooms are small so that was the only concern.

The service is very good and feel you welcomed. They took really good care of all things, restaurant and housekeeping both staff were helpful, especially Mitali from house keeping. The food at the hotel is also really good.

Residency Sarovar Portico in Malad offers a clean and well-maintained stay, making it a good option for travelers. The rooms, while compact, are thoughtfully kept and comfortable. The ground staff deserves a special mention for being professional and helpful throughout.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, adding to the overall positive experience. However, the entrance to the hotel by road can be a bit confusing at first—it’s shared with a tech park, and there’s a mandatory security check every time you use public transport. Following Google Maps is your best bet to avoid any confusion.

The hotel itself is large but features a unique layout unlike conventional hotels. Each floor has four marked entrances (like 601, 602, etc.), with three sub-rooms under each (601A, 601B, 601C). The room sizes vary slightly but are uniformly clean and well-maintained. While the layout might be designed to cater to bulk bookings, it was quite different from what I’ve experienced elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to try the food due to my short stay, but the overall experience with the staff, cleanliness, and efficiency makes this a solid choice for both short and extended stays.

The staff is extremely good polite nd co operative.....but the breakfast menu is repetitive. 3 days I ate nearly same breakfast. |But had a comfy stay...wud come nd stay here again soon.|One more thing ur keys don't work many a times....but thank you
