This is one best hotel in Morbi. All amenities are amezing and totally net and clean.||All fnb staff are very Hard work.||Room rate are reasonable. Very quiet test hygiene. But we really enjoyed our stay.|Every 2 months we visited. Rooms are very bigger. All excellent ? ||Hema are always helpful. And supported.||Thanks Sarovar portico Morbi.

It was a great and a comfortable stay. You'll like the hotel if you're traveling for work or family leisure.|| The food at there restaurant is delicious. The rooms are way specious and comfortable. Billing and Rate Discrepancies: A Concern for Corporate Clients

As a manager representing our company, I am writing to address some concerns we encountered during our recent stay at Sarovar Portico Hotel. While the hotel’s accommodations met our expectations, we experienced significant issues with the billing and rate management processes.

Incorrect Billing:
We received a bill of other guest Additionally, we were directed to handle payment directly. so how they are force for Payment to our guest directly. that is not correctly.
Despite our corporate tie-up with the hotel, we were initially directed to handle payment directly, which deviated from the agreed terms. This discrepancy was not only inconvenient but also caused confusion for our finance department.

Rate Changes: We had received a rate confirmation via email from the hotel prior to our stay. However, and suddenly they change the rate, when we given the booking. This lack of consistency in rate management further complicated our billing process.

We believe that improving communication regarding rates and ensuring accuracy in billing are crucial for maintaining a positive relationship with corporate clients. We hope that Sarovar Portico Hotel addresses these issues to enhance the experience for future guests and corporate partners

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, dieses wunderbare Hotel / Restaurant zu besuchen, und es hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich und aufmerksam vom Kellner begrüßt, der sich mit Professionalität und Freundlichkeit um uns kümmerte. Er hat uns nicht nur die Speisekarte detailliert erklärt, sondern auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen.

Der Koch hat Großartiges geleistet – jedes Gericht war ein Genuss für die Sinne. Die Zutaten waren frisch, die Aromen perfekt abgestimmt, und die Präsentation war einfach wunderschön. Es war zu spüren, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail gekocht wird. Besonders das Hauptgericht war ein Highlight und hat uns regelrecht verzaubert!

Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis, bei dem sowohl das Essen als auch der Service auf höchstem Niveau waren. Ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team – wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

I got impressed with the hospitality extended to me while staying at the hotel. I got good support, respect & immediate action extended by Ms. Hema. She has converted me from Hotel Fern to Hotel Sarovar. I am thankful to her and wish to continue staying in this hotel whenever I would be at Morbi. Food is also very nice along with supporting staff.
