Stayed for Tennis convention. Rooms were comfy and well appointed although we did experience some loud guest next door to our room. The connecting door(which was shut and locked) seemed to allow sound to past though easily. It was the Georgia/ UT football game with some passionate fans next door.
The hotel staff were amazing. No matter what staff I encountered they always warmly greeting me & with a smile. The front staff even help us out with poker chips for our nightly car games! The catering staff did a great job with food for a very large group(600+). The buffet was fresh and overall the food was good. They did a fantastic job of keeping the food restock with hot and fresh selections. The bar service was excellent however I did not try the restaurant. The young ladies in the shop were very busy making coffee each morning but alway had a great attitude and worked diligently to get coffee/bakery orders out quickly to everyone. We did jump on for some pickle ball and there were courts available without wait. Other courts were busy with demos for the convention but I look forward to another trip with my tennis gals!

This is nice, friendly, cozy place out in the country. The only issue for me and my family was the long drive to get there. BUT, once there it is awesome!
We enjoyed three days there and played golf twice. The whole trip was a big success.

We had another fantastic experience at J’s! Our server, Tejas, was truly exceptional- so attentive, helpful and kind. And Chef Stacia always goes above and beyond to prepare exciting meals for my son with food allergies. We love this restaurant so much and wish we loved even closer.

From the front of entry of the Resort to the minute of leaving the Resort, it was the best experience we’ve had ! The room & bathroom were spotless. Sheets and pillows were very clean and comfortable! The room has very good insulation because I didn’t get disturbed by anyone around ! ||Breakfast buffet was absolutely very good with so many choices and the quality of food was great! The server Jay was at his absolute best! ||We came to a women’s conference and that experience was prepared by the resort in a very professional and welcoming atmosphere! ||The staff of the entire resort are amazing and very welcoming! I think I found another weekend getaway that I will enjoy for years to come ❤️

My stay was wonderful from check in to check out. Every single employee I encountered was lovely and willing to help. The food at J's restaurant was great including the breakfast buffet. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The grounds and pools are very well maintained. 10/10 highly recommend. I'm coming back! No complaints.

Great spot for a work conference! I was greeted with white wine and cookies on arrival. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful, walked to the marina and all around the neighborhood. Beautiful pools and hot tubs around the resort!
Service was a little slow in the restaurant but the food in hotel and at the marina restaurant was delicious. Just make sure you have plenty of time or do the buffet.
I found out the hard way that uber does not pick up at the hotel for airport transfers. You can check in but you can never leave. Martin at valet went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss our flight!
Lastly, my room on the 6th floor was haunted…and I don’t (didn’t) believe in ghosts.

Dawn and her team go above and beyond to always make you feel special. We have been coming down here for decades and each visit just gets better and better. The attention to detail from the staff at the yacht club is unmatched. The food is absolutely delicious. If you’re reading this, ask to meet Dawn- she is a bright light and will make your stay fabulous!

This resort is truly worth the drive and expense. If weather is right, the golf is on another level. The employees are among the friendliest I have encountered. Rooms are super clean and have a pleasant aroma. The restaurants/bars had great food and drinks with the same impeccable service. Will absolutely return.
