I recently stayed at Sana Beach Resort, expecting a pleasant experience based on the appealing YouTube videos. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised.

The room services were below average. Basic requests took far too long, and the staff seemed indifferent to providing prompt service. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms also left much to be desired.

The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The options were limited, and the quality of food was poor. It lacked freshness, and the overall presentation and taste did not meet expectations.

Overall, my experience was underwhelming, and the resort did not live up to the hype created by online videos. Improvements in service quality and food standards are needed to make it worth recommending.

It's a beautiful place and very clean, with direct access to the beach, makes it very accessible and comes with a great view. The live music and DJ is awesome and the pool party in the afternoon will make you crazy. Must come once at least

Title: Avoid Sana Beach Resort – A Total Disappointment

We arrived at Sana Beach Resort around 3 PM, hoping for a peaceful getaway, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Although a complimentary lunch was included in our package, we were told we had to eat it within 10 minutes of arriving. We requested for it to be delivered to our room, but the management flatly refused. Even tipping the staff didn’t make a difference—everything was just unaccommodating.

Room and View:
The room was a huge letdown. They advertised it as a “side sea-facing room,” but you had to really strain to get even the slightest glimpse of the sea. If you come to a beach resort, you'd expect a good view, but this was far from that. It left me wondering why people even visit if they can barely see the sea.

Service and Staff:
The service was atrocious. The staff seemed like they were under constant stress, probably due to poor management. It felt like they were being mistreated every day, and it showed in their unwillingness to go beyond the bare minimum. The whole place had a negative vibe, and the management appeared to be making things difficult for both the guests and the staff.

Breakfast and Checkout:
We skipped the complimentary breakfast the next day—not because it wasn’t available, but simply because we didn’t want to after the terrible service. When we requested three cups of tea before checkout, we were charged ₹80 per cup—₹240 just for tea! By then, it was clear they were more interested in overcharging than in providing any level of hospitality.

Overall:
Sana Beach Resort was a massive disappointment. The management is running the place poorly, the service is dismal, and the entire experience felt more like being in a suffocating environment than a relaxing beach holiday. I would strongly advise against staying here—there are far better options for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation by the sea.

Amazing Experience at Sana Beach Resort, Mandarmani!

I recently stayed at Sana Beach Resort in Mandarmani, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway.

The food and drinks were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Whether it was the fresh seafood or refreshing beverages, every meal felt like a treat.

The pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. What made it even better was the DJ by the poolside, keeping the vibe lively and fun with great music all day long.

The service at the resort was top-notch. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and offered great views, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, Sana Beach Resort is the perfect place for a relaxing yet fun vacation, and I highly recommend it!

Please refrain if possible. We had heard a lot of this resort, but it was a sheer disappointment. The rooms are just average, but the problem lies in the room placement and the view from the rooms. Despite placed centrally on the beach, the rooms fail to give any soothing view of the beach because of the architecture of the property.

The resort could have been a lot cleaner and with better amenities and facilities. The rooms don't have tables or racks to keep luggage, you have to keep them on the floor. There are no desks, only one low coffee table. The bathrooms don't have handheld telephone showers. There is only one key for a room, so if a room is occupied by two people and one wishes to leave the room, the other person has to stay locked in or the other has to stay locked out. The public use washrooms were filthy. The food is decent and the service in the restaurant is good, but that's it.

We visited The Sana Beach Resort at Mandarmoni for a weekend retreat. The resort is pretty big, has many rooms and open spaces to enjoy and roam around. It is located just after the beach. Also, visitors can riam on the beach upto 10 pm, after that they can enjoy the beach and salty air of Bay of Bengal, on the beach section of the resort, inside the fence. We sat there until 4am and nobody disturbed us. Here, varieties of rooms available anf the quality depends on their charges as usual. However, the cheaper rooms are also good, a bit small in size. The room service is also good, we got water bottles, whenever call, until 10 pm. The pool is very clean and well maintained. A DJ entertained us throughout the day until night. The played the song as per our choice. Overall, it was a fabulous experience. ?
