We have stayed at the San Luis many times and does NOT disappoint! The hotel staff is very attentive. Van at the reception desk was very pleasant to work with and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed drinks in the bar with Kelly, the bartender, and she was wonderful. With all of that said- the whole trip started off with the exceptional help that we received from Samantha. San Luis is by far the nicest hotel on the island. We enjoyed Blakes, the heated pool and drinks at the swim up bar with Amanda.

Positive experience started with Tori’s help in checking in at front desk. Facilities in general are good. But bathrooms on PH level are dated and small. Pool area very nice with great heated pool. Pool wait staff very nice and helpful. Spa AWESOME. Will come again||But ate at Steakhouse on site on 12/31/24. Unfortunately all side dishes came out cold. I know it was a zoo being News Years’s Eve but for price food should hot.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool area was excellent, the entire pool was heated. Nice gift shops, nice restaurants, Grotto was excellent. We were given excellent help by Van (resort associate). She was extremely helpful! Would highly recommend this Hotel/Resort.

Check in was extremely quick and easy. Tori was such a pleasant encounter! She set the bar so high for the staff and was so friendly and welcoming. She helped us navigate our way through the lobby and was very accommodating to our requests. The room was extremely clean and the towels and sheets felt amazing! Also wonderful water pressure in the shower.

Sam at check in went above and beyond to assist our family and make our first stay at San Luis a great one! Ben at the front desk was also helpful at check out. Spa did an amazing job with an updo to get me ready for a special event. Rooms were clean and great views. Overall, amazing stay!

This is the 3rd time my husband, and I stayed at the San Luis Villas. Mary made our stay and unforgettable experience from the moment we drove into the parking lot. She greeted us outside waving and blowing kisses with her beautiful smile. She arranged a special, private, and romantic dinner by the pool. Our villa had rose petals, champagne, and a slice of cake with a candle for my birthday, even though we were there to celebrate Christmas, she made my day special too. The San Luis is so lucky to have Mary on the team. We can't wait to see her again soon. She has a gift for making you feel like Family!

The trip started off wonderfully with the reservations. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday! Samantha has helped us several times with our stays and she always is so pleasant to work with her level of professionalism is beyond compare. She is a definite asset to the hotel!
