Appartamento all'interno dell'hotel Faloria con la possibilità di sfruttare l'area relax, la palestra e il Bistrot al piano terra. Sconto del 10% per accedere alle spettacolari QC TERME DOLOMITI. Situato in zona centrale ma fuori dalla ZTL, composto da 2 camere indipendenti ognuna con guardaroba e bagno. Cucina attrezzata e dotata di ogni confort (forno, microonde e anche una piccola lavastoviglie). Pulizia impeccabile e cura dei dettagli rendono il soggiorno a Moena ancora più MERAVIGLIOSO

This review is not about the suite, which is extremely nice and brand new. The service in the evening was also very nice, they waited for us for 30 minutes.

However, the whole experience was spoiled by a extremely unfriendly interaction with the owner in the morning. There was a misunderstanding about storing roadbikes - we couldn't leave them on the car, as there is no parking space at the hotel. I forgot to mention the bikes to the staff in the evening and we ended up storing them in the room. The bikes are very clean, and we were extra careful with them. However, the owner loudly accused us of potentially damaging the room in the morning, he complained about guests from booking.com and used italian swearwords, thinking I wouldn't understand him. When being asked wheter he wanted to check the room for any damage, he declined. It was ridiculous. I mean, we didn't exactly stay there for free! We are paying guests, and being accused like that was unacceptable.

It was honestly one of the worst experiences I ever had with any hotel in this area. The owner seems to have some beef with booking.com, and clearly treats the guests that come from the website as second-class citicens. Just for that reason, I would say, you can probably find a better option in the area without running the risk of getting mistreated.
