Apart from cutlery that wasn't washed properly, everything else was good. Fresh ingredients and well cooked, I wouldn't say Delicious but the recipe was followed and presented well. Service was below average as there was hardly anyone ever looking towards our table, considering it was peak lunch time and just two tables occupied. They are not short on staff - there were more than four waiters standing in one corner of the hall but chatting amongst themselves. Throughout our lunch, one of the lady waiters was on video call with her friend chatting very loudly which obviously reverberated through the empty hall. The best part was the parking and washrooms - huge parking space in a gated campus, so we could leave our luggage without sweating. Washrooms were extremely clean and hygienic, and very well equipped too. Since we were only passing by and stopped for lunch, my review applies only to the restaurant experience. We did not stay here.

The staff is very polite. Mr. Ram and Bipul, helped in smooth check in.|Property is excellent in the vicinity. Food is good. |The rooms are very good and comfortable. All have excellent view. The pool area is beautifully designed. |Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. One should must visit.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to answer questions and assist with requests. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and offering easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall ambiance was very good

A very good alternative for a night stay while travelling or a weekend getaway. The location is perfect if you don’t want to enter the city and continue your journey the next day. The architecture is very beautiful, it is inspired by the traditional balinese architecture and has a very good pool and gym.
The rooms are very nice with a great view and the room service is helpful and efficient.
We opted for breakfast and dinner with our package but the menu was very limited.
All in all, it was a great experience.

This resort is located in a magnificent area, surrounded by nature and peacefulness all around. The rooms and service were better than expected, but still could use some polishing. The banquet halls are beautiful as well.
