Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend nella camera excelsior, con una stupenda vista su piazza Tasso e sul mare. Camera spaziosa, pulita e curatissima nei dettagli e nell'arredo, che è un gradevole mix tra moderno e classico. Ottima la colazione, servita in camera e con una scelta abbastanza varia, e la posizione centralissima che permette di visitare Sorrento a piedi. Non ultimo, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Da ripetere.

Incantevole è il termine giusto.
Praticamente nel cuore di Sorrento, con vista direttamente su piazza Tasso.
Senso di pace e relax perfettamente isolato da qualsiasi rumore esterno.
La Gentilezza e la cordialità dello staff, soprattutto di Vincenzo, sono la ciliegina sulla torta...pronti e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Ottima la colazione,servita direttamente in camera, e i drink preparati da loro.
Sicuramente ci tornerò!! Consigliatissimo

Esperienza da ripetere, weekend all'insegna del relax.
La camera superior, affaccia direttamente su piazza Tasso e con uno sguardo direttamente sul mare.
Check in accurato e con la massima disponibilità dello staff a proporre e spiegare vari possibili tour e ristoranti da provare.
Camera pulita e perfetta, curata in ogni particolare.
Ottima Colazione, sia dolce che salata.
Esperienza da rifare assolutamente!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying with Ambasciata Sorrento Relais. They were very kind and offered many helpful suggestions for things to do in Sorrento. They also helped us with booking transportation options. The place was very clean and breakfast was good. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family members. The location was fantastic, we were right in the middle of downtown Sorrento and the balcony was a great spot to sit and relax.

Beautiful accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and views, and the perfect home base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Just steps away from many restaurants, shops and transportation options. Loved having our breakfast delivered to our room daily and being able to enjoy it on our terrace while watching Sorrento begin to wake up. It was very quiet in the room when the terrace doors were closed even though it always seemed busy in the square. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Sorrento.

Just spent a fantastic week in Ambasciata Sorrento Relais. It was just perfect in every way. This place is a real Jewel. The hosts (especially Laura with whom we had the most contact) are ALL delightful, so attentive and so responsive to every little request. Available by telephone night and day; Informative and helpful with any bookings for activities/dining/transport. Our transport to and from the airport was arranged in a luxury air conditioned vehicle with the safest of drivers (rate comparable to taxis). The rooms are spacious, immaculate, air conditioned, well appointed with everything a guest could require; and the location is the best in Sorrento overlooking the central square, with a view from the balcony down over the bay. Everything about our stay and this establishment was WONDERFUL. We can not wait to go back.

This is the best room in Sorrento! Overlooks the main square and has a beautiful balcony to see everything going on in the main Tasso Square. The service was excellent and breakfast was brought to the room every day. This hotel is everything you need and in the best location you could ask for. I would definitely recommend and will be booking this same room the next time I’m back!

Great location right in the middle of the main piazza. Easy access to restaurants, shops, ferry terminal, train station. The service was fantastic. We enjoyed having our breakfast delivered to our room every morning. Our room had a balcony overlooking the town and also a view of the water. We loved having our breakfast there. Highly recommend!
