We moved here in June 2024 with our travel trailer, it is clean, quiet and well maintained. You never hear any fighting and never see the police, awesome little oasis in the center of Houston. You pay a little more but you get what you pay for. No theft issues this far, great amenities, multiple pavilions with complementary gas grills, jacuzzi, pool, well equipped gym and club room, complementary coffee and popcorn daily. Clean and well maintained, friendly staff, large 24 hour laundry room.

During my recent search for a suitable location in the Houston area, I came across Lakeview Resort. Upon my arrival, I was immediately impressed by the establishment's meticulous maintenance and exceptional cleanliness. The staff demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism while maintaining a relaxed and approachable demeanor. Furthermore, the pricing structure appeared to be reasonable and competitive within the market. It is noteworthy that I did not encounter any negative aspects during my weekend visit.

The RV Resort is well maintained, the grounds are really clean. The recreation room is a nice size with a pool table, ping pong table, vending machine, television, lounging furniture and exercise equipment located in view of the lake. We loved our stay, especially the complimentary coffee and popcorn daily. I would definitely recommend it to our RV friends and family….

A great RV park. Kind and helpful staff. Clean bathhouses and clean sites. A wonderful view from main office across pond to other RV sites at night. (Pic attached) A walking path all the way around pond makes for a relaxing stroll.
Not the greatest spot for site seeing but close to stadium to catch the game.

We had a great stay at Lakeview RV park! It's one of the nicest parks we've stayed at. The staff is very friendly and they were kind and accommodating to us with our departure as we needed a bit extra time. We'd definitely stay again in the future and recommend choosing this campsite if you're in the area!

The whole park is clean and the staff is very friendly. In the mornings, I enjoyed a quiet cup of coffee overlooking the pond. The dog washing station is under rated, there’s even a blower to blow dry your animal. My only complaint is the auto salvage yard on the southern side - there’s an alarm that goes off pretty much 24:7. If you are having a conversation outside you can’t really tell, but when it’s quiet, it tends to get annoying. Not much can be done about it.

We stayed for 5 days after power loss caused by hurricane Beryl. The management is absolutely superb! They are very attentive and the office is open 7 days a week starting around 7:30AM.

The property is large with 2 ponds. There are multiple grilling/outdoor kitchens throughout the resort, so, even if your pad is far from the clubhouse, you don't have to go far to cook. There is a newer section of the resort with wider roads and more orderly pad sites. It's further away from the clubhouse/pool and has little shade but is less cluttered and feels more open. The whole resort is very clean.

The only negative is the location. Otherwise, it's a great resort with many friendly folks and very nice RVs.

We did the RV thing there.
Nick made the arrangements for me over the phone, he was very patient and understanding. We had several requests and he fulfilled them all!! Great place!! Super clean!! Highly recommend this place! I will stay here again!!
