Time of my life:) Thanksgiving was a blast here! The buffet is amazing- everything tastes different from each other- best Buffet I ever been to. Gotta get the crab legs! The Casino is clean & well maintained. The staff has a great attitude & helpful. The room I got was the grand suite was a fab. The views amazing & loved the pool area.

The room was fabulous. Just a great time all around. The gambling was fair. The food I will only rate as fair. I had breakfast and it was not the best that I've eaten there. The waitress never came back to check on us, only to bring the bill. Still a great

Amazing room, great food, fun trip. This trip we ate only at the Buffet and 24/7, but we normally eat at the steakhouse as well. We always enjoy staying at Monarch! We will return with friends and family soon. ||The only negative is the cocktail waitresses spend most of the time at their station gossiping in very loud voices. The bartenders have unbelievable patience with them.

Have been going there for years. I am a sapphire player (one below top tier). First issue I had was with the hotel back in June. Stayed at the hotel and was charged a smoking fee that was not legitimate. Hotel staff had actually come in my room and said that they had installed new smoked detectors and they sometimes go off in rooms people aren’t even staying in. Not only was I charged $250 but was charged that 3 times!!! After several times talking to hotel staff that was INCREDIBLY rude I just ate the $250 because my hands were completely tied. I still get a bill on occasion for $500 which I throw in the trash. I do enjoy gambling there so would still play on occasion. Would also use my comps for food, usually to go. This past weekend I got food at 24/7 restaurant. Food was awful! I brought this up to manager that night (I had taken food to my room at Lady Luck) and was told to come in the a.m. for refund. Which I did. After 30 minutes of them trying to figure out how to put my comps back as well as the additional money on my card I thought it was resolved. Looked at my bank and my money was credited. Great! Until I woke up this morning. The entire amount was taken out of my bank! Just got off the phone with “Michael” and was told to dispute it with my bank! What He then said “well that’s what banks are for, right”. I’m still in shock. This place used to be great and now it is, at best, a 3 star hotel. Mainly due to staff and staff attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

This message is for the management/owners running the 24 restaurant. I ate there today and started with the spinach and artichoke appetizer. I have to be honest, I have had better at a food truck that made their food with dirty hands and a lack of proper equipment. As a chef, I have to say I feel your kitchen lacks the proper management. Given that this was my first item to sample, I was sorely disappointed, and this affected my orders following it. The pita chips were stale. The dip was an amalgamation of primarily mozzarella and a taste of the advertised ingredients. Flavorless and bland was my overall impression, which then led me to then have a lack of faith that ordering an expensive entree would be anything other than lack luster. If I were the manager, I would sample each of the dishes every 4 hours to ensure that a simple recipe was followed to specs. The failure would have been removed from the cooks pay that was in error. If you fail to make the simplest dish satisfactory, then there is a real issue. I am not angry, but merely seeing an opportunity to bring in a manager who would perform the tasks at hand in a satisfactory manner. I am embarrassed for the overall industry that was unable to prepare a simple appetizer properly. I went to the Spa for my 31st birthday and it was amazing! I had a 90 minute Sundarya treatment with Wesley and I left feeling balanced, calm and rejuvenated. Outside of my treatment, I was able to use the spa for 4 hours and have to rant and race about all of the amazing rooms and amenities available! Absolutely worth every penny and I will be back!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR TABLE GAMES
The casino itself is aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms are of excellent quality. However, I would strongly advise against visiting if your primary interest is table gaming. My experience at the blackjack tables was extremely disappointing. The dealers made an error that almost cost me $200, which I fortunately caught in time. This was just one of the four errors by the dealers last night. Their lack of expertise was evident, and the overall service was severely lacking.
Over the course of eight hours, I was served no more than four drinks, which speaks to the inadequate level of service provided by the waitstaff. Additionally, the dealers admitted that the casino is poorly managed, which was further confirmed by my negative experience. In a particularly troubling instance, I drew six aces in blackjack, but was prevented from splitting them after four - this has never happened to me before, but this was a total buzz kill.
The overall experience was disheartening, and I quickly realized that I would not be returning. While I appreciate the standard canned responses about improving service that usually comes with review responses, what would truly demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction is compensating for this negative experience with appropriate offers and chips. As someone who has frequented casinos worldwide, I can confidently say that the table gaming experience at this establishment falls far below acceptable standards, with management and service being particularly poor.
